Body or Muscle Pain

Sport related strains and trauma trigger inflammatory responses that intensify pain. But pain is not only felt by athletes. There are many familiar daily situations that result in muscle pain which, if untreated may even affect tendons and ligaments:

  • Poor posture: sitting incorrectly for hours or improperly lifting heavy objects
  • Repetitive movements: at work, in the garden, while using a computer
  • Stress: when muscle contractions originate from life’s pressures and stress.
